My name is Narita Maraj and I am a graduate student at Queens College, New York. I am currently pursuing my MLS or Master of Library and Information Studies. My area of focus is Records Management. For my research requirements, I am looking into the relevance of, and guidance provided by 2 Standards used in Electronic Records Management: ISO 15489:2001 and DoD 5015.2-STD (2007).
The survey is VOLUNTARY and ANONYMOUS. NO Personal Identifiable information is required, i.e. NO NAMES, ADDRESSES, EMPLOYER, JOB TITLE, etc. Your participation ends with your survey response. At any time during participation, you may choose to skip a question or discontinue your participation.
This survey seeks to elicit personal opinions about the subject, IF YOU choose to discuss your participation or your responses about the subject, there is the RISK of disagreement among peers. PLEASE FILL OUT THE SURVEY ON YOUR PERSONAL TIME and IN YOUR PERSONAL SPACE, i.e. home.
Take the survey by completing the Survey Form below. The survey responses will be in the possession of the ARMA NNJ Chapter. The results will be extracted without personal identifiers and provided to the investigator. I will not be in possession of any personal information, i.e. names, emails addresses, etc. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE.
