Mission Statement
ARMA Northern New Jersey Chapter (ARMA NNJ) is a not-for-profit organization. We support the vision and Mission of ARMA International the authority on managing records and information - paper and electronic.

The Scholarship Fund
The ARMA Northern New New Jersey Chapter (ARMA NNJ) Scholarship fund was established to support studies and research in the Records and Information Management (RIM) field. It promotes interest in RIM and dedication to community.The Scholarship Fund is funded each year through the ARMA NNJ Chapter budget process.

Scholarship Eligibility Information
This Scholarship Fund is offered to students actively enrolled in a Records or Information Management (RIM) class at a
Northern New Jersey Educational Institution or to active ARMA NNJ Chapter members currently enrolled in a RIM course.

Submitting your Application

Please follow the steps below after completion to submit via email:
    1)  Click the "Submit Form" button at the top (upper right) of the Application Form 

    or
    2)  Save Form (File - Save As)
         Select the Adobe PDF Printer or the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer
    3)  Click OK and save to desired location
    4)  Insert as attachment into email for sending

Eligibility Requirements:

To become eligible for the ARMA NNJ Scholarship Fund you are required to:

 a)  Be actively enrolled in a 2 year, 4 year or
      graduate level institution in Northern New
      Jersey or Be an active ARMA NNJ
      member currently enrolled in a
      Records or Information Management
      course

 b)  Have and maintained a satisfactory GPA
      (2.00 - 4.00)

 c)  U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen

ARMA NNJ Chapter Board Members and
immediate relatives are ineligible

Application Procedures:

 a)  Complete and submit the Scholarship
      Application Form - see below

 b)  Submit proof of college enrollment
      for verification

 c)  Submit a 2000 word scholarly paper
                                           
Application Review

Applications will be reviewed by the ARMA NNJ Scholarship Committee

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email by
April 29, 2011
